100 hectares of land are being sold near the Pivdennyi port for a port-railway hub

In the Odesa region, 100 hectares of land are being sold near the port of Pivdenny for a deep-water port-railway hub.
Near the TIS port node, the Pivdenny seaport and the OPP have put up for sale a large array of land plots with a total area of 100 hectares, InVenture reports.
The territory can be used to create a deep-water port-railway logistics hub. The plot allows you to form a modern multimodal port-industrial cluster for processing various types of cargo – grain, container, bulk or mixed.
The total area of the territory is 100 hectares, which are structured for various types of logistics and port infrastructure.
There are 3 hectares of land located directly near the water – there you can form a mooring line and a water area for ships to enter.
The largest part of the territory – 56 hectares – is allocated for the development of a railway station-hub. Here you can form an electrified station with a sorting park, wagon sludge tracks and a high-performance loading ramp.
Another 23 hectares are provided for the creation of a dry port and an industrial and warehouse zone. Grain terminals, elevators, floor storage warehouses and logistics modules can be located here.
An additional 14 hectares are allocated for a container or multi-cargo terminal, and another 4 hectares can be used to accommodate additional industrial or warehouse facilities.
Along the coastline, depths reach up to 19 meters – this makes it possible to work with Panamax and Post-Panamax class vessels.
The facility is offered for sale as a single investment project or in separate sections. The cost of the asset is not disclosed, as it is determined based on the results of negotiations with potential investors.
USM previously reported that Nibulon currently does not plan to invest in the construction of terminals in the ports of Great Odesa.
