23 billion worth of grain stolen: the enemy sold agricultural products on Patrushev’s instructions

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev organized a mass theft of grain from temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine. The SBU and the Prosecutor General’s Office informed him of the suspicion in absentia.
This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.
The Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General’s Office have collected evidence against Dmitry Patrushev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, who organized a mass theft of grain from temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine.
According to the case materials, since the beginning of the full-scale war, under the coordination of the Russian government official, the Russians have exported to the aggressor country more than 4 million tons of Ukrainian grain crops for a total amount of more than UAH 23 billion.
The investigation established that this is a large-scale plundering by the occupiers of agricultural enterprises in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
The enemy then sold the stolen agricultural products on Russian ships to the countries of the Middle East and North Africa under the guise of Russian goods.
“Let us recall that Dmitry Patrushev is the son of the “gray cardinal” of the Kremlin, Nikolai Patrushev, who for a quarter of a century headed first the FSB, and then the Security Council of the Russian Federation, and now holds the position of Putin’s assistant. According to available data, it was Patrushev “senior” who lobbied for his son to be appointed Minister of Agriculture of Russia, and later Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government,” the SBU noted.
To organize the theft of Ukrainian grain, Dmitriy Patrushev used the powers delegated to him by the Minister of Agricultural Policy of the aggressor country.
Based on the evidence collected, the Security Service investigators informed him in absentia of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes committed by a group of persons in advance of the conspiracy).
Since the perpetrator is on the territory of the aggressor country, comprehensive measures are underway to bring him to justice.
As previously reported by USM, in early July, a vessel with stolen Ukrainian wheat was unloaded in Egypt.
