Russian federation announced a wanted list for the commander of the Navy of Ukraine, Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa. The terrorist country accuses him of the “attempt on the life of an employee of the russian law enforcement agency.”
The russian law enforcement agencies reported that the admiral was charged in absentia under Art. 317 of the Criminal Code of russian federation (Encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer), writes Ukinform.This article provides for a penalty of up to life imprisonment.
“As reported by the law enforcement agencies of russian federation, the investigation came out with a request for the arrest in absentia of the commander of the Navy of Ukraine, the relevant materials have already arrived at the Khamovnytsky District Court of moscow,” Ukrinform rosZMI quotes.
Oleksiy Neizhpapa has been serving in the Navy of Ukraine since 1997. Neizhpapa became the deputy commander of the Naval Forces in April 2020, and from 2021 he headed the Ukrainian Navy.
