Investments in Danube ports are growing
Since the beginning of last year, about 97 million dollars of investments have been attracted to the Danube cluster.
In 2022 and in the 1st quarter of 2023, about 97 million dollars were involved in the development of the infrastructure of the Danube ports. At the same time, by the end of this year, the indicator may reach more than 100 million dollars. The funds raised were used for the construction of new berths and the development of additional cargo flows. This was announced on the USPA Facebook page.
During 2022, 16 million tons of cargo were transshipped through the Danube ports. At the same time, in just 5 months of 2023, 11.5 million tons were transported, stressed the head of State Enterprise “USPA” Yuriy Lytvyn.
