Nine ships left Ukrainian ports last week
Over the past week, 9 vessels left Ukrainian ports within the framework of the Grain Agreement.
There were almost half a million tons of grain and other foodstuffs on board, the press service of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
During the week, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the passage of the Kerch-Yenikal Strait was carried out by:
to the Black Sea – 137 vessels, of which 47 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
to the Sea of Azov – 130 ships, of which 37 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait;
The specified vessels were operating in violation of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS).
