The queue of grain trucks in the direction of the port of Izmail is growing


The queue of wagons with grain increased by 13.19%. At the same time, the number of grain trucks in the direction of Great Odesa continues to decrease.

The queue of wagons with grain in the direction of the port of Izmail increased by 259 wagons, or +13.19%. Currently, the number of grain carriers in the direction of the Danube is 2,223 wagons, said Valery Tkachov, Deputy Director of the Department of Commercial Work of Ukrzaliznytsia.

The average daily rate of unloading wagons with grain at the port of Izmail decreased by 75 wagons. During the last week, the indicator fell by 25 cars per day.

At the same time, the availability of grain trucks moving in the direction of the ports of Greater Odessa decreased by 327 wagons, or -21.06% — to 1,226 wagons.

During the week, the rate of daily unloading of wagons with grain in the sea ports of Odesa varies in the range of 118–400 wagons per day.

Due to the lack of volumes, the average daily rate of unloading of wagons in the ports of Greater Odessa fell by 422 wagons per day.

The most powerful port of Ukraine “Pivdenny” is still blocked by the Russian Federation. The aggressor country unsystematically plans and conducts inspections of vessels. In fact, the “grain” corridor works in an unpredictable mode.
