The government has appointed a new state secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure
On July 4, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed a new state secretary of the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine.
The new state secretary of the ministry will be Petro Bozhevskyi, the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, announced.
In 1999-2000, Bozhevskyi (46 years old) worked in the financial service of one of the structural divisions of the Ministry of Defense. Then he worked for 18 years in the SBU, in particular, in operational positions, after which he retired to the reserve with the rank of lieutenant colonel.
From 2018 to 2019, Bozhevsky worked as the head of the internal audit department at the State Bureau of Investigation. And from 2019 to the present time — in the Ministry of Justice, where Bozhevskyi has worked his way up from the adviser of the Patronage Service to the head of the internal audit department.
A few months ago, shortly before being appointed to the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Bozhevsky applied to become a member of the Accounting Chamber.
In May, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Andrii Pochtarev, who was appointed in 2021, from the position of State Secretary of the Ministry. His duties were temporarily performed by Olga Kravchenko. Previously, Pochtaryov worked as the deputy chairman of Ukravtodor.
