The Russians hope to restore the Kerch bridge by November 1

In Russia, the terms of the restoration of the Kerch Bridge between the Taman Peninsula and the occupied Crimea were announced.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said that Moscow hopes to restore traffic on the Kerch bridge by November 1. We will remind, on the morning of July 17, an explosion rang out on the illegally built bridge.

“Preliminarily, we plan to restore two-way traffic on one side by September 15. Traffic from the other side — until November 1 of the current year. The terms will still be specified,” the official commented.

Currently, the terrorist country plans to build a temporary 250-meter bridge, from which heavy-duty cranes will raise the spans of the bridge.

Earlier, Hasnullin said that one span of the Kerch bridge was completely destroyed and was beyond repair, and the second was significantly damaged.

We will remind you that after the previous explosion on the Kerch Bridge on October 8, 2022, the Russians dreamed of restoring the connection by April 2023. However, the bridge restoration deadline was later postponed to August 1.
