The Russians destroyed three grain warehouses in the port of Reni


On the night of July 24, the Russians once again attacked the port infrastructure of Odesa. This time the port of Reni was affected.

Port Reni was subjected to a prolonged air attack by the Russian Federation. About 15 Shahed-136 drones attacked the object.

Ihor Plekhov, the head of the Reni community, informed the publication “Reni-Odesa. Our common home.”

Residents of Reni and surrounding villages heard a series of explosions. One of the entrepreneurs involved in transshipment of grain commented to the publication that the Russians are “destroying the port.”

According to Plekhov, three grain warehouses were destroyed. The blast wave damaged the windows of buildings and structures at the enterprise.

Romanian mass media also reported that Russia attacked Reni port at night.

We will remind, during the attack on Reni, the air defense forces destroyed 3 drones.

As a result of the hits, a hangar with grain was destroyed, tanks for storing other types of cargo were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the production premises, which was promptly extinguished.

Later, Odesa Regional Military Administration  reported that six people were injured as a result of the night attack. Four injured people were admitted to the regional hospital, one of whom is in a condition of moderate severity, closer to severe. Doctors managed to stabilize the patient. The other three have light shrapnel injuries and body bruises. All were provided with full medical care.
