The Russians have been towing the sunken tanker for more than a day

The Russians began towing the tanker “Sig” that was hit by a Ukrainian naval drone.

On the morning of August 8, the Russians began towing a wrecked tanker for repairs in the Rostov region. Rosmorrichflot announced this. The rescue of the ship has been going on for more than a day.

According to the statement, just during the towing, the Russians continued to pump oil products from the engine room of the tanker.

We will remind, on August 5, the tanker “Sig” was hit by a Ukrainian drone. Previously, the ship regularly delivered oil products from the occupied Crimea to Syria. The tanker also provided fuel to the invaders’ ships.
