State Property Fund received 25 state agricultural enterprises under its supervision
The Cabinet of Ministers transferred 25 state-owned enterprises, which were previously managed by the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, to the sphere of management of the State Property Fund.
The Government adopted the relevant decision on August 11. As reported in the State Property Fund in this way the total area of state agricultural lands under the management of the State Property Fund will increase to 370,000 hectares.
“After the entry into force of the recently adopted law on the launch of a transparent lease of state agricultural lands, the State Property Fund plans to put them up for open auctions on Prozorro.Prodazhi. The first auctions are to be held in 2024,” the message reads.
The Government also designated the State Property Fund as the authorized management body that supervises the activities of the Ukrainian cooperative state corporation for agro-industrial construction “Ukragroprombud”.
