The UDS increased the payment of taxes 7 times

PJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping” increased the transfer to the country’s budget 7 times.

In 8 months of 2022, the company transferred UAH 65.3 million to local and state budgets, in 8 months of 2023 — 434.8 million UAH.

“Shipping would never have achieved this result solely through an increase in average freight rates. In fact, three factors played a key role: transparency, efficiency, and the fight against corruption,” the UDS noted.

The company noted that the UDS managed to destroy equipment with fuel, spare parts, fictitious repairs, etc., as well as carry out a number of other changes.
