Media: the Allseeds plant in the Pivdennyi port was stopped due to searches

Financial Investigations Service representatives, together with the SBU, are conducting searches at the Allseeds oil extraction plant and terminal in the Port of Pivdennyi.

The reason for the searches is to check the data of the counterparties with which the company worked, writes Latifundist with reference to its own sources.

“Farmers who supply raw materials to the plant are afraid to unload their products and are diverting transport because security forces are threatening to block the operation of the enterprise and seize assets,” Latifundist writes.

It was confirmed to the publication that last week the Security Service of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine came to the plant with a decision to inspect the facilities with the possibility of seizing documents on paper and electronic media containing the details of a number of enterprises.

After reading the decision, Allseeds began working with detectives. It turned out that Allseeds had no relations with the enterprises specified in the resolution, raw materials from such enterprises did not arrive at the plant, and products were not shipped to such enterprises. Then the investigators asked to provide documents on the receipt of raw materials and from there they began to select enterprises that have nothing to do with those provided for by the decision.

“We were told that they have every right to do so. That is, we are going to seize documents that have absolutely nothing to do with the counterparties specified in the resolution,” says Allseeds Executive Director Yevgeny Okhrimenko.

He also added that even under such conditions, Allseeds was ready to cooperate with the detectives, but since Allseeds does not have the right to disclose confidential information and data and acts exclusively in the legal field, it asked the detectives to submit an official request, to which it is ready to provide an official response immediately. However, the detectives rejected Allseeds’ offer and categorically refused to make any inquiries.
