Zelenskyy discussed the Grain from Ukraine initiative with the South African president
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed food security with President of the Republic of South Africa (South Africa) Cyril Ramaphosa.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a telephone conversation with the President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, the Office of the President of Ukraine reports.
The parties stated the need to continue exporting Ukrainian grain, which is critically important for world food security.
The President of Ukraine also invited South Africa to participate in the second summit of the humanitarian initiative Grain from Ukraine.
As previously reported by USM, Ukrainian ports on the Danube were involved in the humanitarian program Grain from Ukraine, introduced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy last November.
