The commander of the “Slavutich” ship, who was illegally stolen and staged to the Vladimir headquarters, was allowed only one parcel and one package per year.
The relatives of the political prisoner Oleksiy Kiselyov applied to the second prison of the Federal Criminal Service of Russia in the Volodymyr region and asked to clarify the procedure for proper transfers. This is reported by “Krymskaya solidarnost”.
In a reply from the prison administration, it was noted that the family would be able to send him only one parcel and one package during the year. This is allegedly related to the regime and conditions of detention.
We will remind, on February 17, 2023, the Dzhankoy district court in the temporarily occupied Crimea sentenced the former commander of the ship of the Navy of Ukraine “Slavutych” to 8.5 years in a strict regime colony.
The occupiers falsified a criminal case against Kiselyov and accused him of preparing a naval blockade of the peninsula. Kiselyov pleaded not guilty during the preliminary and judicial investigation. It should be noted that the captain of the 1st rank, Oleksiy Kiselyov, has been retired since 2003.
