Switzerland will provide more than 3 million euros to support the Grain From Ukraine initiative.

During the summit on food security in Kyiv, President Alain Bercet announced that Switzerland will contribute to food security, the Swiss embassy reported.

Switzerland will transfer 3 million Swiss francs (about 3.1 million euros) to the World Food Program, which implements the Grain From Ukraine initiative.

He noted that the war in Ukraine, which was started by Russia, about 11 million Ukrainians need food aid.
