Grain prices in Ukrainian ports have stabilized


Export cargoes of corn and wheat in the ports of Great Odesa are estimated at 145 dollars per ton.

Prices for export corn in the deep-sea ports of Odesa fluctuate between 145 and 149 dollars per ton. This was reported by Spike Brokers.

Sellers hold exactly this target level for selling, which forces buyers to gradually match it.

The latest indications of buyers:

• DAP Ukraine (Odesa) ~$145-149;

• CIF Turkey (port) ~$190-192;

• CIF Egypt (port) ~$192-194;

• CIF Spain (port) ~$198-200;

• CIF Italy (port) ~$200-$202;

• CIF China (port) ~$228-230.

Wheat with a protein content of 11.5% was traded in the direction of the Black Sea ports at a price of 162 to 165 dollars per ton. The price of fodder wheat remains at the level of corn for delivery in March / April.

Recently, USM wrote that “Ukrzaliznytsia” sent more than 1.4 million tons of grain for export. Of them, 1.2 million tons — in the direction of ports.
