The Ukrainian attack on the naval base in occupied Sevastopol caused communication problems in Crimea.

Communication problems are observed in Crimea after the damage to the naval base in Sevastopol. This was stated by the spokesman of the Armed Forces Navy, Captain 3rd rank Dmytro Pletenchuk, Ukrinform reports.

“In fact, the situation for them could be even worse, because the naval base is the structure that ensures the operation of the fleet in general. Therefore, it may turn out to be not only communication, it may also turn out to be provision, and ongoing repairs, and many other issues that are decided directly by the naval base. Therefore, we will later update the information again, but as of now, we can note that yes, the work was successful, the blow was serious and the damage was substantial,” said Pletenchuk.

It will be recalled that the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine disclosed the details of the attack on the enemy amphibious assault ship “Yamal”.
