The second Black Sea Security Conference began in Bulgaria
The second security conference of the International “Crimean Platform” began in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia.
During the conference, participants will analyze the impact of Russian aggression on the security situation in the Black Sea-Azov region and beyond. “Krym.Realii”writes about this.
Participants will also discuss strategies for responding to existing threats and the future of regional security. The key topic of the conference will be the implementation of the Ukrainian “peace formula”.
At the opening of the conference, the permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Tamila Tasheva addressed the participants. The official noted the successes of the Navy of Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Black Sea.
Ukraine managed to stabilize the situation in the Black Sea region and damage a third of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, without even having its own.
Tasheva emphasized that Russia uses its armed forces in the Black Sea not only for waging war, but also for naval blockade as an element of economic pressure on Ukraine and its European partners.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, spoke about plans to destroy the illegally built Crimean Bridge.
