Pletenchuk: at least 16 ships of the Russian Federation are under repair

The invaders are trying to repair 16 ships that were disabled due to Ukrainian attacks.

The Russians are currently repairing at least 16 ships that were disabled after the Ukrainian strikes. Even more ships were damaged and have already been repaired, Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told Hromadskyi Radio.

However, this number of ships fluctuates, because some ships the occupiers manage to restore, and some are irretrievably lost.

The day before, the Navy of Ukraine hit the “Kommuna” ship in Sevastopol. It was the oldest ship of the Black Sea Fleet, launched back in 1913.

As USM wrote, there are almost no large Russian ships left in the bays of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol — almost all combat units have been assigned to Novorossiysk.
