Ukrposhta issues a stamp dedicated to the destruction of Russian ships

JSC “Ukrposhta” issues a new stamp dedicated to the cleansing of the Black Sea from the warships of the invaders.

“Ukrposhta” issues a new stamp “Russian Navy – to the bottom!” with the image of the affected Russian ships, Ihor Smilyanskyi, the company’s general director, reported on Facebook.

The stamp shows the ships that were destroyed or damaged by the Armed Forces, Navy, Defense Intelligence and SBU.

“But it is not by chance (and according to their advice) that the stamp depicts the only ship that has not yet been completely damaged, the Admiral Makarov. As you remember, our stamps are prophetic, so it is not difficult to guess what will happen to him after the stamp is issued. This is the 3rd stamp in the series “Russian warship, go…”, sheet “Russian warship… everything!”, well, and now “Russian warship – to the bottom”. And God loves the Trinity,” commented Smilyanskyi.

From May 2, the pre-order of the postal set, which includes the sheet “Russian Navy – to the bottom!”, the “First Day” envelope, an art envelope of C6 format and 2 cards, is open.

“In addition to the stamp, we also issue the “Battle at Sea” envelope and postcards, including those dedicated to our grain corridor, which was opened thanks to the victory at sea and which is very important for Odesa and the Black Sea ports,” added the general director of Ukrposhta.

The stamp will be put into circulation on May 8, the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism.

As a reminder, in 2022, Ukrposhta announced the winner of the popular vote for the sketch for the postage stamp “Russian Warship, Go…”. He became the Ukrainian artist Boris Groh, who was voted for by more than 1,700 people out of 8,000 total votes.
