Turkey and Brazil increased imports of Russian fuel
Turkey, Brazil and Ghana became the countries with the largest volume of gas oil and diesel fuel from the Russian Federation.
During the period from April 29 to May 5, the volume of exports of Russian gas oil and diesel fuel to the ports of other countries increased by 11%. This is reported by Enkorr.
So, in the previous week, Russia sent about 893,000 tons of energy raw materials for export by sea.
At the same time, Turkey, Brazil and Ghana imported 67% of gas oil and diesel fuel from Russia from April 29 to May 5.
In particular, the volumes of diesel and gas oil received from the Russian Federation in Turkish ports increased by 18% to 326,000 tons.
The largest volumes arrived at the terminals of Marmara (117 thousand tons) and Mersin (104 thousand tons). Also, 90,000 tons of gas oil were received at the terminals of Tupras Izmit Refinery and Tupras Aliaga Izmir Refinery.
Also, 173,000 tons of diesel and gas oil arrived at the ports of other countries from Turkey. This indicator is 28% more, compared to the previous week. The volumes of product shipments from refinery terminals amounted to 104,000 tons.
Arrivals of Russian distillates at Brazilian ports last week increased by 24% to 203,000 tons.
Ports of Ghana received 71,000 tons of Russian diesel fuel, increasing this figure by 51%.
