Kernel exported one million tons of sunflower oil to 30 countries

Agroholding Kernel exported one million tons of sunflower oil in nine months.
The company sent one million tons of sunflower oil in bulk to about 30 countries around the world, the Kernel reported.
Almost 50% of the total volume of oil was exported to India, another 8% to the UAE. Other countries include China (7%), Spain (7%) and Italy (5%).
Last year, Kernel started offering its infrastructure capacity to other agricultural producers in the market. At the company’s terminals in the Odesa region, the agricultural holding provides grain and oil transshipment services.
The company is also completing the construction of one of the largest oil extraction plants in Europe in western Ukraine. Its processing capacity will be 1 million tons of seeds per year.
