The Council registered the draft law on economic reservation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft law on the concept of economic reservation of employees.

The relevant draft law appeared on the website of the Verkhovna Rada. It has now been handed over to management.

According to the document, every entity that pays UAH 20,000 per month for an employee can book an employee.

The increased fee is not paid by the employee, but by the business. The subject himself decides which of the employees is the most critical for him.

Non-profit organizations can also make reservations if they confirm their activity during the year.

Also, two alternative draft laws will soon be added, which will include:

• model with reservation based on the salary level of more than UAH 35,000;

• mixed model — UAH 35,000 salary for an employee, UAH 20,000 — military tax for the Sole Proprietors.

USM previously reported that the business had discussed the concept of an economic reservation model. Such a model will make it possible to transfer the mobilization burden to the shadow part of the economy.

The Ukrainian Grain Association also appealed to the government to approve the economic reservation. The Association emphasized that the work of agro-industrial enterprises is impossible without the availability of qualified personnel with a narrow specialty.

It will be recalled that in May it became known that the agricultural holding “Nibulon” cannot retain all the required employees due to the imperfection of the current reservation format. “Nibulon” urged to change the booking format, because the 50% option no longer works.
