Zelenskyy approved the new Maritime Security Strategy of Ukraine

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed a decree implementing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).

On July 17, President Zelenskyy put into effect the new Maritime Security Strategy proposed by the NSDC. The head of state said this in a video message.

According to the president, the document takes into account the security changes and innovations that Ukraine has provided, in particular, in the defense of the Black Sea.

Employees of state institutions, the military, special services and representatives of civil society of Ukraine joined the development of the Strategy.

Also, as USM wrote, 10 military sailors of Ukraine were recently returned from captivity.
