Ports of Great Odesa exported 60 million tons of cargo in 11 months

During the 11 months of operation of the Ukrainian maritime corridor, the cargo turnover of the ports of Great Odesa amounted to 60 million tons.

Of these, 40.6 million tons are grain cargoes that went to 46 countries of the world, USPA reported.

The agency also reported that the bulk carrier “Manta Hacer” with 25,200 tons of Ukrainian humanitarian wheat is moving through the Ukrainian corridor to Yemen. This is another ship chartered by the UN World Food Program.

“Even despite the war and insidious attacks by the enemy on the port infrastructure, including hangars for the preservation of agricultural products, Ukraine remains a key player in the issue of global food security of the world. Especially with regard to the export of grain to the countries of Asia and Africa,” USPA noted.

Previously, USM reported that USPA will spend 829 million on infrastructure repairs and dredging.
