Odesa port will try for the third time to sell the vessel at auction for over UAH 22 million


The port of Odesa once again put up for auction a dry cargo ship together with the equipment assigned to it.

SE “Odesa Sea Trade Port” has once again put the dry cargo “Admiral De Ribas” up for auction, Odesa Life reports.

Previous auctions were scheduled for September 30. The new electronic auction is scheduled to take place on October 29. The starting price of the lot is UAH 22,500,510.00.

The ship is sold together with equipment, including a duty boat, a radar station “FURUNO-2125”, two life rafts “Viking-20”, a gas analyzer “Comet-4”, ship equipment “AIS T111”, satellite equipment, a gas analyzer “Comet- 1”, magnetic compass storage container, refrigerators, etc.

The dry cargo ship “Admiral De Ribas” was built in Slovakia in 1994. The deadweight of the vessel is 3,680 tons.

From December 26, 2017 to November 21, 2019, the dry cargo was in storage. Since November 21, 2019, the vessel has been operated in bareboat charter.

USM previously reported that they are once again trying to put the Bilhorod-Dnister port up for sale. The relevant tender was announced on October 9 by the regional administration of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
