The government appointed a new chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia


The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Oleksandr Pertsovsky as the chairman of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” for a term of three years.

This was announced on the Facebook page of “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

Oleksandr Pertsovskyi has been working at Ukrzaliznytsia JSC since 2020. Until now, he held the position of a member of the board and was responsible for the passenger direction.

In 2016-2020, he was the first deputy general director of JSC “Ukrposhta”, and from 2010 to 2016 he worked in management positions at Deutsche Post DHL Group in the USA and Singapore.

Until the end of the contract with Ukrzaliznytsia, Yevhen Lyashchenko, who held the position of chairman of the board from March 2023 until today, will continue to work as a member of the board.

In addition, Volodymyr Krot, Orest Logunov and Anton Mishin were dismissed from the positions of the board members of Ukrzaliznytsia.

As previously reported by USM, on October 8 it became known that the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia Yevhen Lyashchenko has written a resignation letter.
