At the same time, the offer of agriculture remains limited. This is due to the restraint of sales from farmers and increased demand from international buyers.
Thus, in the ports of Great Odesa and the Danube, the demand for fodder barley increased by 2-4 USD/t and on October 23, 2024 is 175-187 USD/t and 174-189 USD/t, respectively, on CPT-port conditions, which exceeds the indicators the end of last week.
An additional factor supporting prices is the wheat market, which is also under the pressure of high demand.
Recently, USM wrote that a hub could be created in Oman for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products.
