The Victory Plan includes the development of a Naval Strategy: Details


A draft law to establish the maritime borders of Ukraine has already been drafted.

This was reported in the Office of the President of Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, met with representatives of Ukrainian civil society, discussed the Victory Plan with them and called for working together to implement its points.

During the meeting, the head of the monitoring group of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, Andriy Klymenko, spoke about the draft law on the territorial sea of ​​Ukraine in the Sea of ​​Azov, the Kerch Strait, and the northeastern part of the Black Sea, which has already been drafted to establish the maritime borders of Ukraine.

“We propose that the President of Ukraine introduce it as urgent on his behalf. There will be hysteria in Moscow, and in our country – a continuation of our style of attacks at sea and an even greater legal basis for the deoccupation of Crimea and Mariupol,” Andriy Klymenko noted.

According to him, the document is an example of effective cooperation between civil society, the Office of the Head of State and the NSDC Apparatus.

The President noted that together with the team he will process all the proposals of the participants of the meeting in various areas, invited civil society to join the development of the internal Plan and thanked them for their willingness to work together.

Separately, the head of state noted the assistance in the development of the Maritime Strategy and announced that he would instruct the development of the format of the Technological Stavka.
