ARMA is looking for a manager for the Mykolaiv Agricultural Company


The agency for search and asset management has published a competition on Prozorro for the search of a manager for the Mykolaiv agricultural company.

An announcement regarding the search for a manager for Mykolaiv Agrarian Company PJSC has already been published on Prozorro, ARMA reported.

The deadline for submission of tender proposals is until 18:00 on November 15, 2024.

The company is actually located in Odesa region. The asset was transferred to ARMA management by the decision of the Shevchenkiv District Court of the city of Kyiv and was later valued at almost 128 million hryvnias.

Mykolaiv Agricultural Company is a Ukrainian producer of agricultural products. The main products produced are wheat, barley, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds. The company is the owner of passports for the production and sale of original (elite) and reproduction seeds and sowing material of grain crops.

MAK is a full-fledged subject of the agro-industrial complex, which has the necessary and developed infrastructure. The company leases agricultural land (arable land) in the south of Ukraine under long-term land lease agreements with its owners. The lands leased by the company are located in the Sniguriv district of the Mykolaiv region and the Bereziv district of the Odesa region. The area of ​​the leased land is about 8 thousand hectares of arable land.

The enterprise owns the main funds that allow to implement the full cycle of production of agricultural products, including long-term storage in warehouses.

Previously, USM reported that ARMA sold wheat and corn for almost UAH 1 million. In the future, the received funds will be directed to strengthening the defense capability of the state by purchasing military bonds.
