Zelenskyy imposed sanctions against Russian oil companies and a ship repair yard
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has put into effect two decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the introduction of sanctions.
Decree №761/2024 of November 12 puts into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the introduction of sanctions for a period of 10 years against 15 individuals and 39 legal entities.
In addition, a wide list of sanctions for a period of 10 years has been introduced against 39 legal entities.
In particular, these are the companies “Sevastopolskoe predpriyatie “ERA”” (specializes in the construction of ships, vessels and floating structures), “Techflot”, “Sudostroitelny zavod “More””, etc.
Another decree of the President №762/2024 of November 12 puts into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the introduction of sanctions for a period of 10 years against another 63 legal entities.
The companies on this list are mainly related to servicing Russian aviation. However, among them are “Trading House “RussNeft”” (wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and similar products), “Oil Company Tuimaada-Neft” (the only company that supplies petroleum products to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) via the Northern Sea Route to ensure the life of the Arctic regions) and others. USM previously reported that Singaporean LNG carriers were subject to US sanctions for their ties to Russia.
