Odesa port put two port cranes up for sale for 28 million
SE “Odesa Sea Trade Port” has put up for sale two portal cranes “Condor”.
The announcement was published on the website Prozorro.Sales, Intent writes.
The auction for the sale of two portal cranes is to be held on December 2. The starting price of two lots is UAH 28 million 942 thousand.
The Prozorro website noted that this will be a three-round English auction, when participants submit their closed price offers before the start. Potential buyers do not know whether there are other competitors and do not see each other’s bids.
“The electronic trading system ranks the bids of the participants from the lowest to the highest, and the one who made the highest (closed) price offer has the right to the last move in each of the rounds. This gives him the highest chances of winning. The auction begins when at least two participants have registered for the auction. However, in certain directions, the lot can be bought by a single registered participant at the price he offered. During three rounds, which last three minutes each, participants compete for the lot and increase their bids. When the auction ends, all information about the participants is revealed,” the auction description says.
According to Intent, in September, the Odesa Sea Trade Port State Enterprise already held an auction for the sale of two “Condor” portal cranes. The starting price of the two lots – UAH 29 million 547.2 thousand – eventually increased to UAH 29 million 842.8 thousand. The winner was Attollo Granum LLC.
Earlier, USM wrote that during the auction, the Bilhorod-Dnister port was purchased by the “Top-Offer” company. It was possible to privatize the facility only on the thirteenth attempt. The new owner of the port wants to restore the bridge across the Dnister Lyman destroyed by the Russians.
