Syria does not allow ships to evacuate Russian military equipment

Syria has been preventing Russian transport ships from evacuating Russian military equipment from the port of Tartus for almost a week.

Thus, the “Sparta” ship has been “circling” in neutral waters near the port of Tartus for the sixth day, ”Crimean Wind” reports.

The Baltic Leader military transport is also heading to Tartus. At the same time, the Lady Mariia ship has taken a reverse course to the Baltic Sea. The Ivan Skobelev tanker was spotted near Sicily three days ago.

Interestingly, S-400 complexes were spotted on the piers in Tartus.

OSINT analyst Oliver Alexander reported that the Sparta ship moved from 5 to 16 km from the coast of Tartus on the same day that the new Syrian administration officially received the coast guard for use.

Earlier, USM reported that the evacuation of military equipment from the Russian Navy base in Syrian Tartus had stopped.
