The government will form a new supervisory board of the UDS

The government has announced a competition for the positions of independent members of the supervisory board of the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company.

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

The supervisory board of the state-owned company will consist of five members:

— three are independent;

— two will represent the state.

“The formation of the supervisory board of PrJSC “UDP” will allow bringing the company’s corporate governance in line with the requirements of the legislation and the OECD guidelines,” the message says.

As previously reported by USM, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Oleh Mudrachenko to the position of Acting General Director of the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company (UDS).
