Russian ship with looted wheat enters Egyptian port

The Zaid vessel, which sails under the flag of the Russian Federation and transports stolen Ukrainian grain, has entered the Egyptian port of Alexandria for unloading.

This was reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist for the SeaKrime project of the Myrotvorets Center.

The bulk carrier with 35 thousand tons of wheat was heading to Egypt on a direct flight from occupied Sevastopol.

The vessel was loaded with stolen Ukrainian grain at the Avlita terminal on July 20-27.

The bulk carrier Zaid (IMO:9715270) is also included in the register of violating vessels on the GUR portal of the Ministry of Defense War&Sanctions.

Recall that since the beginning of 2025, Egypt began to accept stolen Ukrainian grain instead of Syria.
