The State Property Fund announced the date of the auction for the sale of the state block of shares of the Odesa Port Plant.

The electronic auction for the sale of a state stake of 99.5667% of the authorized capital of JSC “Odesa Port Plant” will be held in November 2025.
This was reported by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
On Monday, September 1, a meeting of the auction commission for the sale of the object of large privatization of the state stake of 99.5667% of the authorized capital of the joint-stock company “Odesa Port Plant” was held.
The commission determined the date of the auction with the terms of the sale and developed a draft information notice. Thus, the auction is planned to be held on November 25, 2025.
The draft information notice of the Fund on the sale at an electronic auction was also approved.
Recall that on August 26, 2025, the government approved the terms of privatization of the Odesa Port Plant stake and the starting price of the object at the level of UAH 4.5 billion.
