The Odesa branch of the USPA successfully passed the recertification of the occupational health and safety management system


The enterprise confirmed that the occupational health and safety management system at the branch meets international requirements.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “Sea Ports Administration of Ukraine”.

Thus, the port underwent recertification in accordance with the international standard ISO 45001:2018. The verification procedure was carried out by auditors from BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION UKRAINE LLC.

“Protecting the life and health of employees is a priority area of ​​work for the Odesa Sea Port Authority. The presence of a valid ISO 45001 certificate is evidence of the enterprise’s responsible attitude to the safety of production processes and care for the most valuable resource – people,” the management of the State Enterprise “USPA” noted.

The company emphasized that the recertification confirmed that the occupational health and safety management system of the Odesa branch of the SE “USPA” meets international requirements, functions effectively and contributes to the formation of a positive business reputation of the enterprise.

 Earlier, USM reported that the Odesa branch of the SE “USPA” installed a new modular shelter for port guests.
