The government has determined a mechanism for exporting soybeans and rapeseed

The Cabinet of Ministers has developed a mechanism that will allow farmers to export grown soybeans and rapeseed without paying export duty.
This is stated in Resolution №1256 of October 3, Rail.insider reports.
Thus, in order not to pay duty, farmers who export their own grown products must obtain a separate expert opinion for each batch of soybeans or rapeseed from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine or regional chambers of commerce and industry.
The Ministry of Economy must develop and implement monitoring of the compliance of the information contained in expert opinions with the information contained in the State Agrarian Register.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine must control the issuance of expert opinions and submit information on expert opinions issued to exporters to the Ministry of Economy on a monthly basis.
We will remind, earlier, People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the abolition of export duties on soybeans and rapeseed.
