Russians attacked Izmail’s port infrastructure

The enemy has once again inflicted a massive blow on the civilian infrastructure of the Odesa region.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
On the night of October 22, as a result of attacks by strike drones, the energy and port infrastructure in Izmail was damaged. Fires broke out.
There were no casualties as a result of the shelling.
The city’s energy supply is gradually being restored, critical infrastructure is running on generators. Invincibility points have been deployed in the city.
All relevant services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack, Kiper reported.
