Two working groups have been created to implement the concession at the port of Chornomorsk

On Monday, February 2, the regular meeting of the tender commission to determine the investor for the first and container terminals of the port of Chornomorsk was held.
This was reported by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
During the meeting, a decision was made to create two working groups. The first will be responsible for receiving tender documentation, opening packages of documents, checking their completeness and compliance with formats. The second will process the submitted documents, consider applications and prepare draft conclusions.
The commission members also considered the procedure for providing additional information and clarifications, and also processed requests received from December 20, 2025 to February 2, 2026.
“In addition, the commission adopted amendments to the Instructions for Applicants and the List of Measures for Monitoring Existing or Potential Threats to the National Security of Ukraine during the Competition,” the ministry reported.
As previously reported by USM, the EBRD and IFC are assisting in the concession project for the Chornomorsk port terminal.
