The Russian fleet remains at its bases, while its aviation is active.

The Russian Black Sea Fleet is in Novorossiysk and almost does not go out to sea, while the enemy continues to actively use aircraft and reconnaissance UAVs.
Russian ships and submarines in the Black and Azov Seas are at their base, while Russian aviation continues to be active. This was reported by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk.
According to Pletenchuk, the main enemy forces are concentrated in the Novorossiysk base area, and the ships move mainly within their deployment locations – to protect themselves from Ukrainian strikes or to disperse.
“Movement occurs mainly within their deployment locations … or at most they can go out to Tsemesh Bay for the purpose of dispersing,” the spokesman noted.
He added that weather conditions currently do not have a critical impact on the enemy’s actions, although during storms the use of missiles from ships becomes more difficult. At the same time, the Russian Federation, according to him, regularly uses reconnaissance drones and operational-tactical-level aviation.
Pletenchuk also reported that Russian submarines have not been used for a long time, probably due to technical limitations and the need to preserve resources.
Meanwhile, the day before, Ukrainian drones attacked the infrastructure of the Russian port of Taman.
