The buyer of the ship arrested in Izmail wants to resell it for twice as much

The winner of the auction for the sale of the arrested vessel Nika Spirit decided to resell the asset at a price twice as high as the previous one.
Alfa Group 77 put the vessel Nika Spirit purchased last year up for auction for over UAH 12 million, Intent reports.
The auction will be held in the format of a three-round English auction. It is scheduled for March 5.
The vessel, which was previously under the management of ARMA, was sold in the spring of 2025 at an electronic auction. On May 9, Alfa Group 77 LLC transferred the funds for the purchased asset in the amount of UAH 6,425,000 to the ARMA account in full.
The arrest of the vessel was canceled on June 10. On July 30, a representative of the winning company was able to obtain in court the cancellation of the arrest of the vessel’s documents seized during the search.
The ship needs restoration, which will cost the buyer at least UAH 20 million.
Earlier, USM reported that ARMA again put up for auction the ship attacked by Russians in the Odesa region: the price was halved.
