We are ready for a constructive dialogue and have created this working group to step by step develop amendments to the agreement that would take into account changing circumstances,” said Andriy Kashuba.
The participants also considered the proposals provided by the concessionaire, discussed possible ways to take them into account, and delegated representatives from the Working Group to prepare a draft of amendments to the concession agreement. The developed proposals are planned to be presented at the next meeting.
