Ukraine exported 5 million tons of agricultural products in February

In February, Ukraine exported 5 million tons of agricultural products – 0.3% more than in the same period of the previous month.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Agrarian Business Club (UCAB).
According to analysts, the volume of agricultural exports has remained at the level of 5 million tons for the fourth consecutive month with minimal deviations.
The main product currently being exported is corn.
In general, in February, the volume of grain exports increased by 1% compared to January, to 3.4 million tons. Of these, corn – 81%, wheat – 19.
Sales of oilseeds decreased by 14%, to 303.5 thousand tons. Of these, 72% – soybeans, 25% – rapeseed, 2% – sunflower. Exports of vegetable oils also decreased – by 9%, to 437.7 thousand tons. Of this amount, 83% is sunflower oil, 10% is rapeseed oil, and 7% is soybean oil.
