One of Russia’s most valuable Arctic ships could have been attacked in Vyborg

After the drone attack on the Vyborg Shipyard in Russia, reports appeared about the probable loss of a universal patrol ship of project 23550.
After the UAV strike on the Vyborg Shipyard, information appeared that a ship that visually resembles a universal patrol ship of project 23550 is sinking at the enterprise. This is reported by “Crimean Wind”.
If this information is confirmed, we are talking about one of the most valuable targets among Russian Arctic platforms. There is currently no official confirmation of the type of ship. At the same time, according to Russian media reports, the loss of a ship of this project is already being effectively recognized by their side.

Reference: Project 23550 is a series of Russian multi-purpose ice-class patrol ships for the Arctic. They combine the functions of a warship, icebreaker, tugboat and fire ship. In the Russian classification, these ships are referred to as patrol ships with the code “Arktika”, and in the border version, as guard ships with the code “Yermak”.
As reported by USM, on the night of March 25, drones attacked the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation. As a result of the strikes, a fire broke out in the territory of the port of Ust-Luga.
