The invaders claim to have removed almost 90,000 tons of wheat from the port of Mariupol

The Russian invaders claim that since the beginning of the year they have exported 88.8 thousand tons of wheat from the Mariupol port on 12 ships.

This was reported by the Mariupol City Council with reference to the Rosselkhoznadzor department.

Since the beginning of the occupation of Mariupol, the Russians have been actively working to restore the port for the mass export of grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Previously, the Russian side announced its intention to use the port to access the Volga-Don Canal to the Caspian Sea, and through the Black and Mediterranean Seas to the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

Previously, USM reported that drones hit five ships in the occupied ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk.
