The collective agreement will be renewed at the port of Pivdennyi before reorganization

SE “MTP “Pivdennyi” and the trade union committee have begun updating the collective agreement in connection with the upcoming transformation of the enterprise and changes in legislation.
During a joint meeting, the parties determined the procedure for further work and considered the provisions of the agreement that require revision, SE “MTP “Pivdennyi” reported.
They plan to remove norms that have lost relevance from the document.
At the same time, they want to supplement the collective agreement with provisions on psycho-emotional support for employees, maintaining mental health, preventing mobbing and creating a safe working environment.
Special attention was paid to compliance with labor legislation, maintaining social guarantees and the continuity of the collective agreement during the reorganization of the enterprise.
“It is important for us that it takes into account both the changes associated with the transformation of the enterprise and the current needs of employees,” said the director of SE “MTP “Pivdenny” Artem Lytvynov.
The administration and the trade union committee plan to update the document in stages, taking into account the requirements of the legislation.
As previously reported by USM, the port of Pivdennyi is preparing for reorganization. The enterprise is continuing to inventory assets, update property documentation, and improve internal procedures in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
