JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” and the Ministry of Economy offer private traders to build terminals in the west of Ukraine.
We are talking about terminals in the territories bordering Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, according to Elevatorist.
The Head of the Board of UZ Olexandr Kamyshin said that the company will provide the railway infrastructure, and local authorities will help with the rest.
The new infrastructure should replace the Ukrainian seaports, which before the Russian invasion handled the lion’s share of export and import cargo.
