The development strategy of “Nibulon” will be worked out by an international advisory board
The international advisory board will help the Nibulon company to form a strategy for the next stage of development.
Nibulon appointed a team of three international experts with decades of experience in commodity markets, banking, finance and management in Ukraine and abroad.
The advisory board will provide the corporate governance necessary for the further development of the company.
Gert Bosscher, Ton Huls and Gilles Mettethal joined the international advisory board.
Gert Bosscher has more than 35 years of experience in the grain industry, particularly in Central Europe and the Black Sea region. He has held senior positions in international companies such as Glencore (now Viterra), Nidera (now Cofco), Australian Wheat Board and Bunge.
Ton Huls has extensive experience in Ukraine and the region as a Chief Financial Officer, banker and structured trade finance specialist, with expertise in agriculture, primary food processing and commodity markets. From 2015 to 2018, he was the financial director and restructuring director of Mriya agricultural holding, one of the largest agricultural companies in Ukraine. He also previously held the position of financial director of Allseeds, a Ukrainian exporter of sunflower seeds.
Gilles Mettetal heads the Investment Committee of Diligent Capital Partners, a Ukrainian private equity fund. Has 30 years of experience in financing projects in agribusiness, real estate and other sectors; was responsible for more than 600 transactions worth €7 billion in more than 40 countries, mostly in emerging markets.
We would like to remind, earlier the Nibulon company hired the world’s largest independent investment bank Lazard. It will conduct an audit of the company and debt restructuring.
